My Approach

Having seen firsthand how physical and mental health are often intertwined, I take a holistic approach to counseling. This means being open to explore and provide support in physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

I primarily work with individuals, including adolescents, 12 years and older, and adults of all ages. My experience includes:

  • Families/Individuals experiencing medical crisis

  • Children and adolescents struggling with adjustments in school or in peer or family relationships

  • Adults experiencing major life changes/transitions and relationship issues

  • Self-esteem/self-worth/Boundaries

  • Anxiety/depression in all ages

  • Grief

  • Abuse/Trauma (Childhood, sexual, physical, emotional)

  • Couples, Premarital counseling

In therapy sessions, I try to maintain an eclectic approach to allow me to personalize therapy to your needs and goals. However, I often incorporate strength based and cognitive behavioral based strategies and education in session. My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to navigate your life, relationships, and mental health independent of therapy.

I am passionate about serving others and believes that there is no more important focus in life than people and relationships.
